Document authentication and legalization fees:
- $100.00 for Regular Service - per Document 6-10 Working Days
- $150.00 for Rush Service - Rush Service per Document 4- 5 Working Days
- $200.00 for Emergency Service -Emergency per Document 2-3 Working Days
- Please submit the original documents that you wish to receive a Certificate of Notary or Apostille for in addition to the Notary Request Form - Link for processing.
Document times will depend on the processing time for the individual Secretary of State, Rush and Emergency will not be available for most countries in Asia.
Overnight Delivery (FEDEX/UPS) Envelope fee:
- $30.00 for Priority.
- $45.00 for Saturday Delivery.
- $75.00 for First Overnight.
U.S. Citizens who are traveling outside the United States by Air, Land and Sea will now be required to carry a U.S. Passport for entry and exit from the United States, please read the information at these two links, Travel.State.Gov and GetYouHome.gov
Each applicant must submit a fully completed Passport/Visa Request Form for all services. This form is necessary in order to begin and complete all transactions.
